What we did

For this couture collection, RSF was invited to contribute to the technical realization of key sculptural elements — blending digital precision with delicate material interpretation.

Our team developed a series of bespoke feather components, first digitally sketched and then translated into high-resolution vector files. These forms were laser cut from PU-based plastics and finished with an engraving process that subtly etched the feather veins — creating both visual depth and a tactile surface that mimicked organic texture.

For the corset centerpiece, we engineered a laser-engraved mold with variable depth, designed to capture intricate structural details in cast glass. This process allowed for optical clarity and strength while preserving the sculptural quality demanded by the design.

Working closely with atelier collaborators, we ensured every element was production-ready, refined, and runway-resilient.
