All initial project inquiries must be made via our designated contact email. To protect the intellectual property and privacy of our collaborators, RSF commits to treating all submitted materials — including sketches, mood boards, and descriptions — as confidential. By reaching out to us, you agree that all shared materials are submitted under an implied Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) unless otherwise stated.
We will never disclose or reuse any proprietary concepts, files, or correspondence without explicit written consent.

 

3. Media Uploads

If you upload images to the website (e.g., via a form), we recommend removing any embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site may download and extract this information if present.
